I highly recommend AZ Shuttle Select! Paulette was so friendly and the service was great. Picked us up on time and I appreciated the text & email reminders beforehand. When I had to change one of our shuttle pickup dates short notice and there weren't any drivers available at that time - she booked me with another company. That saved me having to try to find an alternative shuttle...that is really going above and beyond! I will definitely be booking with them again!!

Good day all! This was by far the best shuttle experience I have ever had. We were in a bind with having to travel to the airport with our 2 year old son and uber doesn’t provide car seat rides. This shuttle service had the perfect car seat! They picked up our bags and were super friendly over the phone. They were in contact with us the entire way! Even when I made it home in another state! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be shuttling with them when I visit again in the future!

If I rated AZ Shuttle Select of Phoenix using a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, I would give them a 12. These guys are the best. The rates are way less than other companies, the booking process is fast and easy. Follow up emails and confirmations are great. They send a picture of the driver so that you know who is picking you up. The drivers have always been early when being picked up at home and waiting at the cell phone lot when we arrive. Paulette is a great manager and cares for her customers and her drivers. You cannot go wrong booking with this service.

Absolutely the best shuttle service I have ever used. I'm from Tennessee and our corporate office is in Phoenix. Every time we have corporate meetings, I call AZ Shuttle to get from the airport to my hotel and anywhere else around town. Always on time, always courteous, always the best. I will not use another service. I highly recommend them if you need transportation in Phoenix.

The absolute BEST experience I have ever had being transported from one place to another. And I've gone from one place to another A LOT in my life. Paulette took me and the others in the shuttle we were with, and created what felt like a little, laughter filled, love emanating, real feeling family. For about 3 hours, we became best friends over delicious food, beautiful stories (mostly from Paulette), and so many gorgeous sights. Paulette, the wonderful woman that runs the show, and the shuttle, is so friendly and authentic. She's a business woman to tho, and she does her job WELL. She communicated with me weeks in advance, and was updating me without fail about schedule changes, times, and what all would go down in that AZShuttle experience. She also is now my favorite person to talk to about any and everything now.
Overall, my experience with AZShuttle Select was undoubtedly incredible, and plenty worth the 20 or so dollars extra compared to other transportation companies.
